I liked the quietness of the hotel at night. You couldn't hear a thing from any room close by
Nice comfortable rooms. Lovely atmosphre and very pleaseant and helpfull staff. Outstanding value and recomended.
The staff were friendly; nothing was too much trouble. I had had a disaster on the day of arrival - I had had my bag stolen. I arrived without funds, cards, i.d. or anything. Nothing was too much trouble and they organised food for us.
very convenient being in the centre of town, well run hotel, and well patronised by the locals.
they messed up my booking, they had me down for the 20th April. Further I was kept waiting for 20 minutes while they found a room, even though the hotel was fully booked for the saturday night.
friendly & helpful staff secure car parking and the excellent carvery food
The room was very modern.
Yes, let alone Kells is not a good town to go out in. The manager in the cafe was not very helpful and it was off putting. It doesn't take much to have manners to people that are spending there money in the hotel.
The staff were exellent, particulary the receptionist who was very helpful. The room was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. I would reccomend it to someone definitly. Very romantic also.
I thought the prices of room service were very expensive.
Excellent Irish staff ,lovely food and good entertainment.
No shelves in bathroom (room 3) all toiletries had to be left on floor but what a beautiful bathroom otherwise.!
Recently modernised rooms. Hotel restaurant was very good. Next time will ask for a room which doesn't over look the main street.
We had a room overlooking the main street - very noisy especially when the nightclub was closing. The room was lovely but definitely in need of triple glazing!
Friendly staff, good breakfast although the breakfast room was a bit on the small size.
I didnt like the entrance to the hotel from the car park.It was not very attractive and we had to pass through the smoking area.
beautiful hotel very relaxing freindley staff it was a pleasure to stay there and the food was amazing
The breakfast was the last word, had every choice you could possibly imagine and also included home made wheaten, fresh salmon, fruit, scones, the most divine bacon and cereal options. The on site restaurant was also first class. Contrary to other reviews there was no noise from outside late at night (ours was a weekday stay).
There was quite a walk from the car park to the check in at reception including a walk across tarmac in the rain and then trying to open doors while laiden with bag and baggage.
I liked everything! I was very happy with the very comfortable accommodation. The Reception Staff were lovely and I'd like to say a special 'thank you' to Suzanne and Mary who were so friendly and welcoming.
Very nice room and bathroom, extremely comfortable. Good pub next door where we had excellent food.
I have staing just for one night,so it's hard to say something. But i say it's good hotel i like it.
